Throughout the last years, researchers from my Quality and Usability Lab have successfully been able to assess and analyze various aspects of data-, process- and interaction-related quality of various AI systems through collaboration with Crowdee. For the domain of automated customer service we explored novel technology like automated summarizations from multiple internet sources. Crowdee collected a corpus of crowd-generated summaries that now serves as high-quality reference in benchmarking commercial APIs and solutions on the market. Due to Crowdee’s high expertise also in the field of AI, the company was very well able to understand and successfully solve a number of complex problems that needed to be solved in order to provide an optimal corpus for our algorithms.
