"Quality Assessment and Crowds for Automated Learning."
Throughout the last years, researchers from my Quality and Usability Lab have successfully been able to assess and analyze various aspects of data-, process- and interaction-related quality of various AI systems through collaboration with Crowdee. Specifically the innovative incorporation of methods from artificial intelligence (AI), optionally also taught, controlled and extended by crowd-intelligence, will be a prominent skill for digital transformation and automation of processes in the near future. Due to high apprehension and strong expertise data structures and data modeling in the Crowdee team, the collaboration was always very fruitful, oftentimes resulting in excellent internationally acknowledges scientific outputs.
"Advanced Corpus Creation for Automated Summarization Evaluation."
For the domain of automated customer service we explored novel technology like automated summarizations from multiple internet sources. Crowdee collected a corpus of crowd-generated summaries that now serves as high-quality reference in benchmarking commercial APIs and solutions on the market. Due to Crowdee’s high expertise also in the field of AI, the company was very well able to understand and successfully solve a number of complex problems that needed to be solved in order to provide an optimal corpus for our algorithms.
